The Reality House REVIEW

Think about your biggest fear either heights, bugs, water, anything that gets your heart racing. That is what the contestants of The Reality House faced in many of the challenges they participated in during their stay at the house. The second season of The Reality House is airing new episodes every week with challenges that has the contestants putting their heads in bug-infested boxes, the absolute craziness makes it addicting.

The Reality House is a 10 part series produced by two YouTubers, Kian Lawley and JC Caylen. Their idea for this series sparked about 8 months ago when they first did a challenge on their Youtube channel, knj, called ‘Last Youtuber To Leave the freezer Wins $5,000’. It was a two-part video that their viewers enjoyed so much with many plot twists, or “knj twists” as they would call them. They decided to expand and make a reality series including contestants from many different professions like YouTubers, makeup artists, and many more.

This series mirrors their successful freezer video by following that same concept. But this time, the last person to leave the house by process of elimination wins $50,000. While living here, the contestants compete in different challenges deciding their fate.

Season 1 of the reality house had so much success after coming out 6 months ago they went ahead and proceeded with a season 2 that came out 3 weeks ago and is still airing. They even got well-known company SeatGeek to sponsor all 10 episodes of the second season.

Overall, The Reality House is a series full of lots of drama between contestants and plenty of interesting plot twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat or bed and wanting more. The series has a promising future with a season three already confirmed by the producers. I highly recommend the series to anyone who enjoys a dramatic reality series.
